Include your app version, device and OS version, the affected screen, and steps to reproduce the issue. Hide personal information such as email addresses in screenshots.
Why does a ranking differ?
Check the selected country, store, free or paid chart, and category. Store publication times and cache refresh times can lead to differences. A dash means we could not find a rank in the chart retrieved; it does not mean rank zero or a download count.
Sign-in and saved apps
Public rankings do not require sign-in. Use the same AppChart account to access your saved collection. Using another sign-in method may create a separate account with a different collection.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Settings → Signed-in account → Delete AppChart account. This also deletes apps and countries saved with the same account on the web. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. Contact us by email if deletion fails or you cannot access your account.
About the service
AppChart helps you check country-specific charts for apps you follow. It is not operated by Apple or Google. App information, icons, and screenshots belong to their respective rights holders. Please email us about store data errors or rights-related questions.
